Applied Molecular Epidemiology Course
An Applied Molecular Epidemiology Course was held at Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Ankara Oncology Training and Research Hospital on May 23-25, 2024 by the Molecular Epidemiology Working Group of the Turkish Society of Microbiology.
In the course attended by trainers and trainees from various provinces of Turkiye, practical and theoretical trainings were given on topics such as Real-Time PCR, Nested PCR, Syndromic-based tests, PFGE, Spoligotyping, Sequencing techniques, Bioinformatics and Digital PCR. We would like to thank the TMC Molecular Epidemiology Working Group and our esteemed professors.
